Key Responsibilities

•Respond to RFPs and develop winning proposals, including assembling proposal materials and participating in client interviews.
•Manage a team to prepare large, complex natural resources documents (Biological Technical Reports, Biological Assessments, Habitat Conservation Plans, etc.) and act as primary author or senior reviewer as appropriate.
•Become an AECOM Certified Project Manager and manage projects including all aspects of environmental analysis (biological, cultural, air quality, traffic).
•Oversee large-scale field efforts and intensive schedules on projects with significant compliance requirements.
•Forecast costs, track budgets, update invoicing, and generate progress reports while ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, or project management/controls
•8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency in natural resources/project management with Southern California ecology
•Valid U.S. driver’s license required
•US Citizenship required
•Experience with managing large-scale environmental permitting and CEQA/NEPA projects preferred
