Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end SOP architecture for Payment Risk Operations, including risk investigation and case review SOPs and frameworks for dispute and chargeback flows.
  • •Design and continuously optimize a human-in-the-loop workflow, defining how AI agents and human reviewers divide work, hand off, and escalate.
  • •Increase automation within risk control processes to improve efficiency and scalability, expanding the share of cases resolved without manual intervention.
  • •Monitor and optimize moderation and investigation efficiency metrics such as SLA, automation rate, AI coverage/agreement rate, false positive rate, and AHT.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and risk strategy teams to integrate risk control strategies into system-wide operational workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product or operations strategy experience in risk management, including familiarity with risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tools.
  • •Experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs for scaled review or investigation workflows, including decision matrices and escalation paths, ideally with AI-assisted/human-in-the-loop operations.
  • •Ability to translate operational strategy into detailed product requirements and communicate them clearly to cross-functional partners (engineering, business, operations, etc.).
  • •Track record of owning quality and throughput outcomes for review/investigation functions, including QA standards and driving measurable accuracy/efficiency improvements.
  • •Experience planning and managing review capacity across in-house and outsourced/BPO teams across multiple regions and time zones.
