Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the focal point with clients and contractor Project Controllers to ensure accurate cost and progress reporting aligned to project reporting requirements.
  • •Manage the overall project CTR budget and cost, including payment plans and timely preparation/issuance of project invoices.
  • •Prepare planning and project controls deliverables such as planning support packages, CTR packs, schedules, and project controls procedures.
  • •Run weekly/monthly schedule and cost reporting using EVM, forecast progress, and monitor cost/schedule impacts of milestone achievement or slippages.
  • •Develop and maintain WBS and cost/planning control structures; manage change requests/orders by assessing impacts on budgets, schedules, and quantities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly offshore downstream.
  • •Proven capability in an engineering design company in a similar project controls role.
  • •Experience working in the Middle East (advantage).
  • •Ability to execute project work in line with project execution plans, safety, and quality procedures within man-hour, cost, and schedule targets.
