Associate Sales Manager

Lead and coach a portfolio of real estate agents, driving growth and productivity through Compass’ platform. You’ll align with regional leadership, foster a positive culture, manage agent performance, and relay market insights to executives to support strategic initiatives. This onsite role supports Bellevue and Kirkland agents and focuses on growth planning, coaching, and operational guidance to maximize revenue and retention.
