Senior Counsel, Business Conduct Office

Lead complex internal investigations into business misconduct for Mastercard’s Business Conduct Office, covering issues raised through whistleblower channels. Evaluate concerns against applicable whistleblower laws, respond rapidly to incidents while protecting confidentiality, and draft investigation findings, training materials, communications, and reports. Partner with internal Legal and other stakeholders globally, maintain best-in-class compliance policies and procedures, and support Audit Committee materials and investigation metrics.
