Sell DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH and related brands to end-user customers as part of a commercial construction field sales team, working virtually in your assigned territory. •Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, and other listed brands to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key end-user relationships and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development and alignment with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool to communicate successes and failures and support key accounts and opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred (relevant construction field experience may substitute).
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
