Job Summary

Organize and lead the machining production team to deliver the production plan while meeting quality and safety standards. Coordinate machining processes (turning, milling), manage resources to minimize downtime, and continuously improve efficiency using Lean Manufacturing. Investigate production issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Process Engineering to maintain stable, safe, and high-performing operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the team and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of the production plan.
•Coordinate machining processes (turning, milling) according to quality requirements and production plan.
•Maintain production continuity by minimizing downtime and ensuring effective use of machines and resources.
•Lead and develop an engaged team through coordinating work, evaluating performance, and motivating employees.
•Ensure compliance with EHS practices, 5S, and quality standards; analyze production problems and drive corrective actions, including Lean improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing a team or coordinating group work.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in machining (obróbka mechaniczna).
•Technical education in mechanics, mechatronics, or machining (obróbka skrawaniem).
•Strong knowledge of machining processes and reading technical drawings.
•English proficiency for comfortable communication.
