Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design reviews and design for manufacture reviews; critique new designs to determine the most suitable manufacturing processes
  • •Review comparison studies of different methods of manufacture/materials and present conclusions to project leadership
  • •Create and implement engineering changes or work instructions on the shop floor and monitor compliance across production
  • •Drive technical selection of materials and manufacturing processes for projects
  • •Design alternative processes to solve issues and improve quality, efficiency, mechanical performance, and cost competitiveness

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years in production engineering with a specialization in composites
  • •Preferred 10+ years as a Production Engineer with DFMA certification and UAE/Middle East exposure
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/composites/materials engineering
  • •Certification in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing or related process proficiency is preferable
  • •Experience in composites manufacturing for aerospace/defense/precision engineering; deep understanding of composite materials, chemistry, and resins
