Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, and establish delivery cadence.
  • •Run day-to-day governance including RAID, actions, decisions, status reporting, working groups, and SteerCo support.
  • •Manage scope changes through agreed control processes and drive issue resolution with escalation options and impacts.
  • •Support discovery and clarify problem statements, scope boundaries, stakeholders, assumptions, and success measures.
  • •Elicit, analyse, and document requirements and translate them into user stories/acceptance criteria (where Agile), supporting validation and UAT readiness.
