Key Responsibilities

  • •Define systems engineering strategies that drive requirements and verification for core products (Altius, Anvil, Bolt, Ghost).
  • •Design and implement automated system-level integration tests across SITL, HITL, and hybrid testbeds, including simulation and flight testing for validation.
  • •Define testing strategies using appropriate modalities for system and software requirements.
  • •Execute delivery on broad/ambiguous requirements across multiple programs, coordinating frequent test events with software and hardware teams.
  • •Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects; identify, resolve, and escalate technical dependencies and systemic execution issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years using programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust for analysis and simulation, along with modern software development, unit/integration testing, and release processes.
  • •A degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
  • •Experience in safety-critical industries, including safety standards, fault/hazard analysis, and requirements-driven software verification and validation (V&V).
  • •Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment and scalability.
