Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ambiguous, cross-cutting problems across the seams between identity, policy, admin, and AI governance where no single team owns end-to-end outcomes.
  • •Drive strategy and technical product direction for foundational primitives that many downstream surfaces depend on.
  • •Partner deeply with engineering across teams to align on coherent product direction rather than bolt-on stacks.
  • •Shape and sequence platform tradeoffs (substrate before surface; migration-blocking before net-new).
  • •Deliver wedge-driven end-to-end scenarios and represent the team with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders on the hardest identity, access, and AI-governance questions.

Key Requirements

  • •Principal-level product management with comfort operating in significant ambiguity and defining scope with leadership.
  • •Depth in platform/infrastructure product management across identity, access management, security, policy, or a closely related domain (IAM/IdP/SCIM, authorization/PDP, or AI/agent governance).
  • •Strong technical fluency to reason about foundational primitives and gain trust from senior engineers and architects.
  • •Track record owning cross-cutting, multi-team problems where ownership is fragmented and no single team has the full picture.
