Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, following required training and safe-driving practices.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work scheduled hours (11am–9pm) with availability to work 7 days a week and rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience and the ability to be a self-motivated team player.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (detailing vehicles; loading/unloading haulers) including occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Complete licensing/notary requirements: obtain a Notary within 90 days and meet state-specific DMV/title access and specialty license requirements (e.g., chauffeur’s license or vehicle verifier where applicable).
