Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as a team member on one of Barletta’s production lines (e.g., Floors, Furniture, Helm, Rail, Shrink Wrap, etc.).
  • •Operate within career pathing levels (Production I/II, Production Specialist, Production Group Lead).
  • •Follow production policies and procedures and wear required PPE.
  • •Support a “zero harm” workplace by identifying and mitigating job-related risks and hazards.
  • •Meet production goals in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, remaining calm under pressure.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years’ experience working in a team-focused manufacturing environment (preferred).
