Key Responsibilities

•Own and optimize AI-driven knowledge for chatbot and Copilot; ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
•Collaborate with Customer Education to maintain effective AI content and identify content gaps.
•Design and refine conversational flows within Intercom to improve resolution rates and CSAT.
•Analyze AI performance data, identify friction points, and report insights to stakeholders.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to align AI strategies with upcoming launches and support needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 134,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbot design, automation, and conversation optimization.
•Strong writing and organizational skills for creating and maintaining structured knowledge (snippets, Guru cards, internal documentation).
•Comfort with data-driven decision making to interpret AI performance data and identify trends.
•Familiarity with internal tools and systems (e.g., Intercom Copilot) and cross-functional collaboration.
•Bonus: experience with APIs, JSON, or scripting languages (Python/JavaScript) for advanced AI workflows.
