Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate congressional and executive correspondence, RFIs, and other CAIO action items assigned to the role.
  • •Draft, edit, and coordinate responses to congressional, executive, and stakeholder inquiries in accordance with VA requirements.
  • •Work with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and synthesize information into clear and accurate responses.
  • •Track correspondence and compliance actions, including suspense dates, approvals, deliverables, and final disposition.
  • •Coordinate internal review and clearance with CAIO leadership and appropriate VA offices, including oversight and audit-related requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 annually

  • •Experience supporting congressional correspondence, executive correspondence, government relations, compliance, policy, communications, or a related function.
