Job Summary

Support the CGO Business Office in managing capacitization investments worth $10B+ by maintaining EVMS requirements and analyzing Earned Value metrics. Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) and support financial forecasting with leading indicator guidance. Partner closely with Cost Account Managers, Integrated Product Team leads, CGO and Finance leaders, using SAP APEX EVMS/PM tools and MS Office to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain EVMS requirements for capacitization investments and support financial forecasting.
•Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC).
•Analyze EV metrics (weekly/monthly costs) and provide leading indicator guidance to CGO leadership and business management.
•Communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads, CGO and Finance leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years experience.
•Experience interfacing and conducting business with functional disciplines such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.
•Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance, and surveillance.
•Experience with SAP, including PRISM MRP.
