Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the weekly and daily maintenance schedules in alignment with production priorities.
  • •Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment access to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
  • •Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with operations and maintenance leadership.
  • •Ensure all work orders are fully planned and ready for execution before scheduling.
  • •Track schedule compliance, backlog, and other maintenance KPIs to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, startup-like plant environment.
