Senior Member of Technical Staff (Advanced Packaging Pathfinding)

Drive N+2 and beyond pathfinding for advanced packaging architectures as a senior individual contributor. Lead hands-on feasibility studies and deep technical trade-off analyses across concepts like D2W, RDL, CoWoS, TSV, and heterogeneous integration. Own experiments, simulations, and test vehicles to validate ideas and reduce risk, while translating findings into models, prototypes, and executive-ready recommendations aligned to customer roadmaps and Applied Materials’ technology strategy.
