Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety, promote core values, and align with safety programs on site
  • •Provide close support to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager
  • •Participate in reviews of plans, specifications, and bid packages to ensure alignment
  • •Lead field validation of telecom design, identify conflicts, and coordinate RFIs with CM/PM/customer
  • •Maintain up-to-date redlines, drawings, and closeout documentation to support project lifecycle
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction preferred
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Visio, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura)
  • •Must be onsite and able to work 2nd shift; OSHA-30 certification preferred (must be obtained within 6 months if not already held)
  • •Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills
