Key Responsibilities

•Ensure safety, promote core values, and align with safety programs on site
•Provide close support to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager
•Participate in reviews of plans, specifications, and bid packages to ensure alignment
•Lead field validation of telecom design, identify conflicts, and coordinate RFIs with CM/PM/customer
•Maintain up-to-date redlines, drawings, and closeout documentation to support project lifecycle

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Visio, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura)
•Must be onsite and able to work 2nd shift; OSHA-30 certification preferred (must be obtained within 6 months if not already held)
•Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills
