Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customer-facing teams to deploy ElevenAgents and drive outcomes for enterprise AI transformation goals.
  • •Meet strategic customers to identify key pain points in AI-powered customer-facing and operational workflows.
  • •Own flagship deals end to end, from use case identification through structuring commercial terms and closing.
  • •Embed with provisioning customers as a trusted partner, guiding delivery outcomes as if part of the team.
  • •Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and Research teams; provide best practices, build demos, and share field insights to shape roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, with direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
  • •Experience with product development, delivery, and change management.

  • •Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping, demos, and engineering communication.
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to simplify complex technical concepts and take ownership of ambiguous projects.
