•Define clear change deliverables, required resources, key dependencies, and how success will be measured.
•Identify key stakeholders globally and build practical engagement plans to keep them informed, involved, and supportive.
•Build strong leadership sponsorship and coach leaders/managers on what they need to do to support the change.
