Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer and hire. Partner with departments to define candidate profiles, source candidates via multiple channels, and maintain a candidate database. Schedule and run interviews, advising hiring managers throughout the process. Use advanced sourcing and assessment techniques while building strong networks with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
