Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, including program functions, input/output data acquisition, and system controls.
  • •Analyze business and technical processes to develop and modify business information processing systems.
  • •Interface with system architects/programmers and end users to ensure technology designs meet user needs.
  • •Document product/service requirements and develop test procedures to ensure user requests are executed; support traceability and test coverage.
  • •Support solution validation through user acceptance testing, including manual/automated testing and defect identification and tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,850 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience supporting business and technology requirements gathering and process analysis.
  • •Suitability/Public Trust clearance required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is preferred; if not, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • •Create documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping to guide development and testing.
  • •Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC/Agile, and supporting user acceptance testing with traceability and test coverage.
