Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional technical program management from planning through launch, ensuring high-quality execution across global teams.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Privacy & Security SMEs and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and remove execution blockers across the program/project lifecycle.
  • •Own program/project communications, providing clear visibility into status, milestones, risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions.
  • •Define and leverage program/project metrics to measure execution health, value-add opportunities, and ROI/success; monitor engineering efficiency and drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above.
  • •Proven track record leading technical programs at scale or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong technical/engineering acumen with solid software engineering fundamentals and hands-on SDLC experience.
  • •Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills collaborating across cross-functional, cross-timezone global teams.
