ITSM Product Owner

Own and govern Dyson’s ServiceNow platform for IT service management and operational excellence. You’ll set the platform roadmap and operating model, ensure performance, stability, availability, security, and compliance, and oversee upgrades, release cycles, and technical debt remediation. Lead continuous improvement across ITSM workflows and integrations, serve as ServiceNow authority to stakeholders, and manage a third-party managed service provider and ServiceNow account relationship.
