Job Summary

Support the Maintenance Chief and train Army Reserve Command users by developing training plans and delivering over-the-shoulder instruction using GCSS-Army, AESIP, Army Vantage, and related logistics systems. Monitor training plan performance and quality, analyze and interpret readiness and maintenance data, scrub and manage databases, and provide ongoing and real-time reporting for readiness reviews and the Crisis Action Team.

•Support the Maintenance Chief on the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), including pulling background data for government inspection.
•Conduct over-the-shoulder training for logistics information systems and Microsoft Office products.
•Monitor and review the performance and quality of GCSS-Army training plans to identify improvements.
•Interpret and analyze data with statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports for readiness activities.
•Extract, cleanse, and manage data for Logistics Readiness Review (LRR), Reserve Component Readiness Review (RCRR), and Crisis Action Team (CAT) updates.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 4 years’ experience with GCSS-Army and AESIP, specifically related to fleet readiness and maintenance operations.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing training and instruction to small groups, including development of training materials.
•Secret clearance.
