Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, organize, and analyze project financial, cost, schedule, labor, and performance data against budgets and baselines.
  • •Assist with program controls exposure including WBS, earned value, cost forecasting, scheduling, scope control, and change management.
  • •Track project costs, purchase orders, subconsultant commitments, expenditures, and funding limitations.
  • •Support monitoring progress and performance trends and help prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and project deliverables.
  • •Maintain program controls systems to monitor cost, schedule, risk, and documentation progress and support administrative coordination with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or related field (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
  • •Must have completed 3 years of study.
  • •Water project experience for multiple agencies in the NY/NJ metro area (e.g., NYCDEP).
  • •Previous experience with Microsoft Power BI software.
  • •Experience/training such as OSHA 10 and NYCDEP/NYSDEC training (e.g., Scaffolding, Erosion and Sediment Control, EHS Standards).
