  • •Ensure guest engagement, provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, and build daily client relationships.
  • •Analyze reports with leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for improvement areas.
  • •Lead effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
