Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements aligned to project goals.
  • •Lead feasibility studies and produce business models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • •Identify and raise issues impacting execution of strategic, operational, or project plans and recommend timely resolutions.
  • •Communicate requirements clearly with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, systems analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts.
  • •Oversee end-user testing (UAT), track progress, and ensure timely defect resolution to meet quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of business analysis experience.
  • •Experience within an IT-focused role.
  • •Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle.
  • •Proven success improving customer experience and working in a matrix structure.
  • •Experience influencing others with limited/no direct authority, including in remote, globally distributed teams.
