Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with Indian Railways to maintain TATs and SLAs at divisional and HQ levels, particularly for specific circuits.
•Monitor rake running and ensure targeted SLA achievement.
•Lease rake induction in system and attachment/detachment of units.
•Coordinate third party container and train bookings in the system.
•Share rake running reports for all rakes in EXIM circuit before morning meetings to align placement and planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Qualification – Graduate) with minimum 3 years of experience
•Minimum 3 years of experience in rail operations or logistics
•Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
•Proficiency in Word, Excel & PPT; familiarity with software
•Coordinate with Indian Railways to maintain TATs and SLAs at divisional and HQ levels
