Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with Indian Railways to maintain TATs and SLAs at divisional and HQ levels, particularly for specific circuits.
  • •Monitor rake running and ensure targeted SLA achievement.
  • •Lease rake induction in system and attachment/detachment of units.
  • •Coordinate third party container and train bookings in the system.
  • •Share rake running reports for all rakes in EXIM circuit before morning meetings to align placement and planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (Qualification – Graduate) with minimum 3 years of experience
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in rail operations or logistics
  • •Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • •Proficiency in Word, Excel & PPT; familiarity with software
  • •Coordinate with Indian Railways to maintain TATs and SLAs at divisional and HQ levels
