Key Requirements

  • •Have a Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience and professional certification).
  • •Minimum three (3) years of network administrator experience.
  • •Understand network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, FTP/HTTP(S), UDP, STP, VPN) and provide technical root-cause analysis.
  • •Troubleshoot and work with network device gear (e.g., CISCO routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls) and diagnose configuration issues using CLI.
  • •Create network/closet diagrams, use network tools to trace/validate activity, lift up to 50 lbs, and obtain NIH public trust.
