Key Responsibilities

•Plan Stores objectives with Director / Senior Manager Retail Operations FO and plan actions to reach KPI targets.
•Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success; plan and prioritize structured store visits to maximize district performance; manage delivery of retail KPIs in the district.
•Ensure proper in-store Brand execution according to standards and directives across all stores in the district; proactively analyze sell-through figures and develop action plans with store managers.
•Manage retail KPI tracking and reporting systems; ensure operational system efficiency and training.
•Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and providing timely feedback; coordinate with HR on recruitment, retention and development to support sales and brand targets.

Key Requirements

•Experience in retail operations and district-level management with a track record of driving sales and profitability
•Ability to coach and develop Store Managers to achieve commercial targets and high customer service standards
•Strong planning and KPI management skills, with the ability to plan objectives and actions to reach targets
•Familiarity with store brand execution and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
•Experience managing retail financial KPIs and implementing action plans based on sell-through data
