Manager Vendor & Performance

Manage vendor performance for Etihad’s service providers, maintaining key relationships and ensuring business continuity. You’ll oversee day-to-day deliverables for one or more operational units, monitor service performance against financial and KPI targets, and drive strategic planning to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency. Prepare recurring operational and financial reports, lead process improvements, and ensure policies and procedures are followed across Security, HR, and Operations.
