Job Summary

Support delivery of a privacy program by handling data subject rights (DSR) requests and contributing to privacy and security incident response. Work with Privacy, Legal, Security, IT, HR, and business teams to intake, validate, track, and process DSR cases, including drafting compliant responses and applying redactions. Help log and document incidents, support information gathering for investigations, maintain records, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support intake, tracking, and processing of DSR requests such as access, deletion, correction, portability, and objection.
•Perform initial validation checks and advance complex or sensitive DSR cases appropriately.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, review, and prepare relevant personal data for responses.
•Draft concise, professional responses using established templates and apply redactions and legal considerations.
•Assist with logging, documenting, and tracking privacy or security incidents, including supporting incident investigations and maintaining records for reporting.

Key Requirements

•Some relevant experience (approximately 1–2 years) in privacy, compliance, information security, legal operations, risk, customer support, or a related area.
•Foundational understanding of data protection concepts such as personal data, data subject rights, and data breaches.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and workflows.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and collaborate in a team environment.
