Key Responsibilities

  • •Process employee inquiries and HR administrative needs in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • •Create and maintain accurate employee data in the HR system, ensuring compliance with policies and data integrity standards.
  • •Support onboarding by coordinating new hire documentation and transition activities.
  • •Assist with offboarding and termination processes, including final documentation, system updates, and exit interviews as needed.
  • •Respond to HR-related employee questions, perform audits/quality checks, and participate in system enhancement testing and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • •3-5 years of HR experience, including HR Shared Services or multi-function HR with a focus on customer service and quality assurance.
  • •Experience using enterprise CRM/case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and HCM solutions (Workday).
  • •Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • •Advanced proficiency in English; local language proficiency (Japanese, Thai, Mandarin, Korean) is an advantage.
