Director-Risk Management

Lead second-line risk management for AEPSL UK Chief Risk Officer, establishing and strengthening the risk governance and enterprise risk framework across the issuing and acquiring businesses. Define risk appetite metrics, tolerance limits, escalation thresholds, and emerging risk monitoring in line with regulatory requirements. Oversee internal controls and third-party/outsourcing risk, provide governance committee participation and challenge, and partner with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, treasury, and controllership to ensure regulatory compliance.
