Key Responsibilities

  • •Document incidents using company incident report forms and record details on involved parties, timing, locations, injury/damage, witness statements, and actions taken.
  • •Capture photographs of injuries (with permission), property damage, and contributing factors.
  • •Coordinate with dispatch, venue security, medical team, police, and other first responders to ensure adequate incident response.
  • •Provide incident reports and event summaries to venue management and support guest needs to ensure safe enjoyment of the event.

Salary: USD 19.7 - 21.5 hourly
