Job Summary

Build Claude Enterprise at scale for demanding Fortune 500 customers, designing systems that enable wide distribution across environments. Own multi-year technical strategy, lead the highest-complexity initiatives spanning teams, and make org-wide architectural decisions. Partner closely with Inference, Platform, Customer Success, Infrastructure, and Safeguards to deliver governance, connectivity, security, and privacy outcomes. Mentor Staff-level engineers and drive alignment across Product and GTM while managing systemic technical risks.

•Identify and personally lead the highest-complexity, highest-impact initiatives spanning multiple teams.
•Serve as a primary technical decision-maker for major org-wide architectural decisions.
•Partner with teams (Inference, Platform, Customer Success, Infrastructure, Safeguards) to align on foundational systems, governance, connectivity, and secure deployment.
•Mentor and develop Staff-level engineers; drive alignment across Product, GTM, Customer Success while addressing systemic technical risks.

Salary: USD 405,000 - 485,000 annually

•Deep expertise in distributed systems and API architecture; write design docs and make architectural calls while coding in critical paths.
•Strong domain intuition across enterprise areas like security, identity, compliance, governance, permissions, and connectivity.
