Support end-to-end proposal development for client opportunities by coordinating with proposal managers, technical specialists, and commercial teams to produce high-quality, compliant proposals. Responsible for pipeline management, content development, and knowledge management to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end proposal development process across expressions of interest, SQs/PQQs, RFps/ITTs, including creating opportunity summaries, bid programmes and first draft responses.
•Draft, edit, and tailor proposal content such as executive summaries, project experience, case studies, CVs and capability statements.
•Coordinate inputs from technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders to meet submission deadlines.
•Manage bid programme adherence and maintain MS Teams sites, document version control, and reviews through draft, review, and final stages.
•Liaise effectively with proposal team members located across different geographies and conduct research on clients and competitors to ensure compliant, client-focused responses.

•Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
