Key Responsibilities

  • •Align cross-functional teams to build and publish multi-year manufacturing plans that advance long-term business and technology goals.
  • •Define node capacity plans, site strategies, factory loading scenarios, and network optimization plans in collaboration with front-end and back-end manufacturing organizations.
  • •Develop and publish enterprise manufacturing plans and consensus forecasts, aligning stakeholders across supply-demand, capacity, and roadmap planning.
  • •Build and continuously improve planning models for node subscriptions, technology transitions, product end-of-life planning, capacity investments, and long-range supply chain scenarios.
  • •Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling and what-if analyses, leveraging AI-powered decision support, AI agents, and workflow automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Experience in long-term business planning, supply chain planning, operations planning, manufacturing planning, and/or business analytics.
  • •Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and align across complementary teams.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise planning and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, SAP, Rapid Response, APO-DP, HANA, or similar systems.
