Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage semiconductor equipment and partner with cross-functional teams to monitor, stabilize, and improve wafer fabrication processes.
  • •Work with engineering to enhance workstations and apply structured troubleshooting and escalation paths for process or equipment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Availability for 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) with flexibility to move between shifts or work overtime as needed.
  • •Ability to wear cleanroom garments (approximately 20%, depending on department) and occasional PPE such as chemical aprons and face shields (~1% of the time).
  • •Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • •Experience with disciplined execution and data-driven process adherence in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or other high-reliability environments (preferred).
