Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across teams and triage incoming briefs.
  • •Scope each request with deliverable type, format, quantity, deadline, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements; flag conflicts and propose workable plans.
  • •Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams while surfacing bottlenecks early.
  • •Review deliverables before release, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs.
  • •Document and file assets/briefs/final deliverables in shared drives, maintain QA checklists, and coordinate with vendors to anticipate and mitigate timeline/logistics risks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
  • •Proven experience managing print and digital production; understand dielines, safe areas, and CMYK/RGB print constraints.
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • •Sharp attention to detail and comfort being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
  • •Fluent English; Spanish or Italian is a plus, and familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, and Figma.
