Case Management Supervisor

Own end-to-end inpatient case management to ensure timely discharge-summary delivery and collection of dues in coordination with Finance. Coordinate with physicians, nursing, and relevant stakeholders to track patient progress, manage approvals within approved time limits, and resolve expected issues. Provide reports on census, status, and acuity to the Business Center Manager, while maintaining patient confidentiality and supporting departmental policies, education, and onboarding.
