Lead all technical aspects of Fortinet’s cybersecurity sales cycles in Ankara, acting as the primary technical contact. Collaborate with sales and partners on RFIs/RFPs, coordinate POCs, translate customer requirements into tailored Fortinet solutions, and continuously deepen product knowledge to outpace competitors.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the customer, from RFIs to RFPs/RFQs, including project management and active participation in POCs with internal and partner teams.
•Listen to customer requirements, interpret them, and design solutions that outperform competitors.
•Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales team.
•Continuously update knowledge of Fortinet products/solutions and the competitive landscape to provide long-lasting protection against evolving threats.
•Position Fortinet solutions effectively, whether remotely or in person, using strong communication and presentation skills; manage multiple deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher required (StudyLevel: Bachelor’s Degree).
•Minimum experience in pre-sales engineering or end-to-end technical deal management is preferred.
•Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (NGFW, SD-WAN, DevOps/automation, cloud).
•CISSP accreditation is beneficial but not mandatory.
•Ability to communicate technically to a range of internal and external stakeholders and to build lasting customer relationships.
