Security Supervisor- PT- The Roxian

Supervise and coordinate the venue security department, directing security staff and providing guest service through greeting, assistance, and issue resolution. Lead on-shift training, staff positioning, scheduling, and break management while enforcing safety, health, and security priorities. Help ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws, oversee productivity and reporting on irregularities, and assist with venue ingress/smoking section operations and end-of-show closeout tasks.
