  • •Manage teams of structural engineers (and other disciplines).
  • •Advance and implement state-of-the-art structural engineering practices, inclusive of advanced modelling/analysis/design tools, digital delivery, AI.
  • •Drive the development of innovative technical concepts to reduce construction cost, risk, and project duration.
  • •Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • •Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience designing tunnels, retaining walls, bridges and related structures.
  • •Experienced in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete and structural steel.
  • •Proven success in task or project management, staff development and leadership, development of deliverable packages, and technical innovation.
  • •Professional Engineer Registration in New York State, willing to obtain PE registration in other states.
