Job Summary

Legal Counsel Associate based in Singapore for SEA & Greater China, partnering with Sales to structure and close enterprise software and cloud licensing deals, partner and consulting agreements. You will review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support licensing, anti-piracy/license compliance, monitor regional regulatory developments, and collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance and procurement to drive regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including enterprise software and cloud licensing agreements, partner contracts, and consulting agreements.
•Act as a Legal partner to Sales and other business teams in Southeast Asia and Greater China, providing timely, practical guidance to advance deals and business objectives.
•Support anti-piracy efforts and license compliance programs in region.
•Monitor legal and regulatory developments across Southeast Asia and Greater China, and ensure that Adobe's agreements and business practices remain compliant and current.
•Support the procurement organization on vendor and supplier contracting.
•Contribute to global and regional legal initiatives and process improvement projects, collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, and other teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Law or equivalent degree
•Qualified to practise law in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, or other relevant Asia Pacific jurisdictions
•Approximately 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
•Experience or proficiency in technology licensing contracts, AI, intellectual property law, and privacy is a plus; willingness to develop in these areas
