Job Summary

Test and validate NTT DATA’s Dark Matter Empower Loan Origination System across the full mortgage lifecycle. You’ll design and execute comprehensive functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT plans, validate data and workflows, and perform compliance/regulatory testing (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, CFPB). Partner with business and technical teams to triage defects, support integrations across the Empower ecosystem, and help ensure smooth releases through smoke testing and production verification.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for Empower LOS enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades
•Validate Empower LOS functionality end to end across the mortgage lifecycle (origination through post-closing)
•Execute functional, regression, system, integration, end-to-end, and UAT to confirm business requirements and configuration changes
•Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to create test scenarios covering mortgage workflows, business rules, calculations, and regulatory requirements
•Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; collaborate with analysts, developers, and vendors to resolve issues and support release quality assurance

Key Requirements

•6 to 7 years of experience testing the Dark Matter Empower Loan Origination System (LOS)
•Expertise in functional, regression, system, integration, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
•Strong test planning, test case design, and test execution with defect management and root cause analysis
•Hands-on SQL and data validation, including requirements analysis and traceability
•Agile/Scrum experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and ALM
