Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product discovery intake and problem definition, collecting requirements and shaping the PRD.
  • •Define personas, user journeys, scope/non-goals, measurable key results (KRs), and acceptance criteria.
  • •Coordinate DS and MLE teams on experiments; consolidate technical notes and backlog items.
  • •Prepare launch governance deliverables including model cards, privacy/PII review, red-teaming results, and submission to the AI-ARB.
  • •Ensure observability requirements and incident response playbooks are documented before launch, and report KPIs to the Portfolio Council.

Salary: BRL 238,000 - 308,000

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management/TPM or as a software TPM/PM delivering services or platforms in production.
  • •Ability to write high-quality PRDs, align stakeholders, and run cross-functional programs across multiple org areas.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of LLM concepts, including prompting patterns, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI agents, and trade-offs for latency, cost, and observability.
  • •Excellent communication and decision-making skills, converting experimentation results into product decisions.
  • •Nice-to-have: experience with vector databases, cache strategies, orchestration frameworks, and red teaming practices (risk/vulnerability/unsafe behavior testing).
