Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide team support and assist peers in delivering work to customer sites.
  • •Service customer sites with a focus on HVAC/BMS, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime through technical support.
  • •Provide technical support to peers and other technical representatives, including Account Managers and Engineers.
  • •Identify sales and service opportunities and keep customers informed of system enhancements and upgrade paths.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronics-related work.
  • •Minimum 3 years relevant experience in BMS/HVAC with Niagara systems.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of BMS systems, control theory, plant operation, tuning, and fault-finding with diagnostics.
  • •Electronic security knowledge is highly regarded.
  • •Strong customer relation skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
